• Property must be located in Richland County, or with the purchase of a home that is located in the Wisconsin River Corridor areas in Grant and Iowa Counties. Call for more information.
• Total gross annual household* income cannot exceed 80% of the Richland County Median Income Level
• You must own your home
• If you live in and own a mobile home, you must also own the land that it occupies
• You must be current on your property taxes
• You must be current on your mortgage
• You must carry homeowner’s insurance
• The total of all mortgages on your home cannot exceed the current fair market value
• Other eligibility requirements may apply

*A household consists of everyone living in the home at least 50% of the time
