How to Apply for Home Improvement Loan:
Home Improvement applications can be picked up at any time by stopping in at the NHS office at 125 East Seminary Street in Richland Center, WI. Our office is located in the lower level of the Historic Park Hotel.
If you are unable to come into our office for an application, please call Johnnie Hawkins at (608) 475-8893 or email info@nhsrcwi.org to arrange for an application packet to be sent to you.

You can return the completed application in person or by mail to the NHS office. Please make sure the application is filled out completely and all required documentation is included. If the application is incomplete or any of the required documentation is missing, you will be asked to provide the missing information before we can process your application.
After we’ve received your completed application, you will receive a letter from NHS informing you of your eligibility within 30 days.
