The chart below illustrates our typical home improvement process after an application has been approved.  The exact process for each job may vary slightly due to project size, type of work being done and individual funding requirements.

• Complete an NHS Home Improvement Loan Application and return it to the NHS office with all required documentation.
• The Development Coordinator processes the application and notifies you as to the status of your application:
  • Eligible – placed on waiting list
  • Ineligible or More information Needed
