Homebuyer Education

Homebuyer Education through NHS of Southwest Wisconsin is one of the best decisions you will make on your path to homeownership.  We look forward to answering your questions and giving you the tools you need to succeed.  We encourage anyone interested in homeownership to take this first step in preparing themselves.  There are no income limits or other restrictions; homebuyer education is open to anyone.

 

Online Homebuyer Education:

Homebuyer education can be completed online, in English or Spanish.  eHome America is designed to take 6-8 hours and can be completed at your own pace, using a log-in and password to start and stop at your convenience.

NHS of Southwest Wisconsin will be notified when you have completed the online course, call 608-647-4949 to schedule the one-on-one phone follow-up session.  Upon completion of the phone session, you will be able to print your certificate of completion.
The fee of $99.00 can be paid with a debit or credit card.  A fee for education review and outcome tracking of $500 will be invoiced at closing. Click the eHome America logo to start your education.
